
She is also the creator of the new line of fun and funky journals called, “Attitudenals: Journals With Attitude.”
She has appeared on the History Channel’s “Nostradamus Effect” and “Ancient Aliens” television series. A former radio show host herself, she has been interviewed on over 2,000 radio shows and podcasts worldwide, including Coast to Coast AM, NPR, The Shirley MacLaine Show, and Midnight in the Desert, and in dozens of print and online publications. She has lectured at events across the country on a variety of subjects.
Marie is also an optioned screenwriter with projects in various stages of development with Bright Frontier Films/881 Productions, including a sci fi/adventure, “Project Aurora” in pre-production. She is venturing into producing with her own company, “Where’s Lucy? Productions,” and is currently developing the Maybelline cosmetics family empire story for television based on the book she co-wrote with heiress Sharrie Williams. She is also an indie filmmaker with a short film, “Kings Boulevard” which she wrote and executive produced for RockChalk Pictures hitting film festivals; a short film based on the Stephen King short story “Graduation Afternoon” in pre-production; and a number of projects for 2020 and beyond in development, including a science fiction feature film.
Jones is a fully trained disaster responder with CERT/Homeland Security and is now teaching classes on emergency and disaster preparedness. Her training includes everything from disaster assessment to active shooter and terrorism response, first aid and triage, urban and rural search and rescue, and trauma psychology. She is also a trained Red Cross shelter worker, and a licensed amateur radio operator.
