How does energy healing work?
Energy healing works with the body’s energy system—the chakras and aura. 

When the body’s energy flow (chi, or ki) is open and free-flowing, we are in a state of well-being. When the energy system is blocked or imbalanced, affected parts of the body do not get the full flow of life force they need.

How do we get blocked?

• Negative thoughts, feelings, and beliefs as well as stress, illness, and trauma “block” or cause imbalances in specific areas of the energy system.
• Over time, these blocks or imbalances disrupt the flow of energy, much like a kinked garden hose. Repeated patterns of negative thoughts and stress cause greater blocks.
• If not addressed, these blocks or imbalances and repeated patterns of thought can result in physical symptoms.
