With four children ages 3 to 8, Mirsada knows a thing or two about the stress that comes with having a houseful of kids—not to mention being half a world away from her comfort zone. As a mom she knows what it is to always put everyone else and their needs first. Being everything for everyone left her feeling lonely, angry, stressed, worried and lacking in self-confidence.
She often wondered how she ended up being the person she always said she would never become, not being accountable to her own desires. She began searching for ways to renew her enjoyment in life.
Mirsada knew what she needed to do: exercise, make time for herself, do things she enjoyed, and get connected to support. Accountability was that key, and she used it in every aspect of her life. She gave herself permission to make her goals and dreams a reality and created a system for accountability
She didn’t start big—she leaned into accountability and granted herself grace when she stumbled. Mirsada’s motto was to take small, consistent steps toward a better, healthier, happier life.
Now Mirsada coaches other moms to gain the confidence they need to feel appreciated and validated and to be excited about the future and the dreams they have.
