Pathik Strand was born in Norway in 1957, and has lived in the UK since 1998. He has dedicated his life to exploring the most fundamental questions of life, particularly the inquiry into the true nature of our essential identity.
He has previously published a book called All This is That, which expressed the non-dual understanding in the form of literary non-fiction. His new book is called Flowering Into Awareness: A Spiritual Manifesto for the 21st Century, published by O-Books, January 2022. Born from Pathik's many years of spiritual quest and the impact that journey has had on him, Flowering Into Awareness is a collection of passionate and inspiring essays on the nature of reality, as seen from the perspective of the unity of all life. His motivation to write comes from a need to express his understanding about life an humanity's challenges.
