Heather Cotten is the creator of the Harmonic Healing Method

After years of ignoring her body and the pain she was experiencing, it finally caught up to Heather and stopped her in her tracks. She realized she needed to seek a new direction immediately. She was unable to work and had spent a year recovering. This would ultimately demand an entirely different outlook on her life, but the first thing she had to do was recover her health and wellbeing.

The exit from her successful corporate job happened suddenly, and she was truly shocked at how quickly it unfolded. However, her surprise quickly faded as she grappled with the overwhelming pain that invaded her body. Heather had naively believed that simply resting would make the pain go away. She often feared that not only was her successful career coming to an end but that the pain would also hinder her from enjoying life beyond bed rest.

Heather was dealing with bulging disks and pinched nerves in her neck. She also had multiple surgeries for carpal tunnel and trigger thumb release along with a radio frequency ablation procedure for her cervical spine. While one surgery yielded moderate success, the other did not and the effectiveness of the ablation remains uncertain. Amidst all this, Heather struggled with systemic inflammation and anemia. Fortunately, she has discovered much relief through a healing process she calls the Harmonic Healing Method.
