Having a Personal Coach is like having a personal trainer for your brain. Holistic Wellness means taking care of yourself as a WHOLE person—physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
The Role of a Wellness Coach
Tackling all the above is a lot on our own and often overwhelming to the point that it is easier to stay where we are.
Coaching is a process that is facilitated in a specific way for transformation. Most of us want to change but our old habits and patterns keep us stuck. With coaching, you will learn to develop new habits, so that you can be different, without having to think about being different. The first step is raising awareness about what we really desire for ourselves and our lives.
What is the Difference Between a Therapist and a Coach??
Therapy is past-based whereas coaching is future-based. Coaching takes you from where you are now, to where you want to be.
With a coach, you will co-create the life you want to see moving forward. The past is used as a vehicle for understanding how to move forward with your goals in life.
About me and my Coaching Practice:
I am a Certified Health and Life Coach who specializes in helping moms with their emotional and mental wellbeing. I also am a mom of a little one and have overcome my own physical, emotional and mental health struggles.
I help busy moms who are feeling stressed and anxious or on edge from trying to be everything to everyone. I help them to prioritize their own well-being as well as to form habits of calm in their daily lives so they can live peaceful, present and happy lives with their loved ones.
Peaceful Pathway: A Transformational Program
This is a 3-month Coaching Program in which you get ten 1:1 Coaching Sessions Via Phone/Zoom, plus unlimited email/text support throughout the program. You also get to keep all the tools/lessons from the sessions as well as notes from me to look back through the program and be able to use them again and again.
In this program you will be taken through steps to change your habits. Your habits create your lifestyle.
You learn to be different without having to think about being different.
Instead of feeling stressed, anxious, on edge or burnt out and unable to be truly present with yourself and your family, you will leave this program with tools that will help you to stay present, to live in your body more than you live in your head, and build daily habits of calm and peace.
You will learn to be present to your own needs and what needs to be nourished so that you can live at peace within yourself.
Once you are able to do this, you will be able to expand that energy to your family and to all those you love and care about. Knowing that it starts with YOU is the first step to living a better life.
