A 3-month program designed to support you as you implement a health-promoting diet and lifestyle.
Note: A free 30-minute health goal discovery session must be completed before acceptance into this program.
Program is a $599 one-time payment or $225 per month for 3 months.
Payment must be received prior to starting program.
If, within six weeks, you are not experiencing results, a $374 refund may be requested (eligibile for clients paying in full only).
• Full Health History: 90-minute session
• Symptom checklist: 220-point checklist
• Stress checklist: 122-point checklist
• Review of symptom and stress checklist findings and their significance to client’s health
• Protocol for improving health customized for you: a truly personalized approach to self-care
• Labs agreed upon will be paid by the client to the lab
• Review all labs from an optimal perspective
• 30-minute coaching session once weekly for first four weeks, then every other week for the next eight weeks to monitor successes and consider adjustments if needed
• Support between coaching sessions at firstname.lastname@example.org
• Retake symptom and stress checklists to see areas of improvement at 90 days
• Retake any labs to see improvements in the first 90 days

Exploring the Grocery Store for Health
$59 - to be paid before the beginning of meeting at the grocery
• 1-hour trip to a grocery store to discuss various foods and possible healthier choices from an optimal nutrition point.
• Food is information for your cells and body. The highest quality foods support the body to heal and thrive. Donna will guide you in how to choose foods from a healing point of view.
Jump Start to Health (coming January 6th, 2020)
A two-week challenge to live sugar-free and gluten-free.
$179 - to be paid before the beginning of the program
This program is designed to allow the client to experience living without processed sugar and gluten-containing products, which have been shown to negatively impact health. By removing them for just two weeks, you may experience decreased pain, weight loss, and a happier mood. It also may allow you to decrease your craving for sugar. Would you like a life without sugar cravings? Would it be easier to make better food choices?
• This program will start off with a discussion on the health impacts of consuming sugar and gluten.
• Support will be given to navigate this new way of eating and living.
• Willpower is not enough. Learn success tips to retrain your body to love a healthier diet.
• Support will be given through email.
